Exercise PRogramming ONLY

$50 / 4 weeks of programming

Custom exercise programming that will get you where you want to go for you to follow whenever and wherever you like to train.

Includes a virtual consultation and monthly virtual check-ins. More check-ins can be scheduled if desired.

hybrid

$50 / 4 weeks of programming

$45 / 1 hr sessions

Combines the benefits of having a program to follow on your own time with discounted 1 on 1 in-person training.

remote coaching

$75 / 4 weeks

For fully remote coaching. Includes 4 weeks of programming, bi-weekly check ins, as well as video analysis.

about me

My name is Joe Bachraty and I have a passion for fitness. I completed my Masters in Exercise Science at the University at Buffalo in 2023 and I’m currently involved in exercise science research.

I have a little-bit-of-everything approach when it comes to fitness which I can use to help you meet your goals whether you are a competitive athlete or are just looking to feel stronger in everyday life.

I consider myself a lifelong learner and an exercise science nerd so I am always looking for new ways to build strength, speed, power, and endurance.

In my own training, I am focused on Olympic weightlifting, as well as improving speed and endurance to better myself as a competitive ultimate frisbee player.
